... The Transition To Health ...
We, as consumers, are becoming more and more educated about the side effects of certain ingredients being mixed toghether in energy drinks; for example, sugars and sodium mixed with caffeine.
CAFFEINE
Caffeine is water soluble. It dissolves in water and is absorbed quickly into our bodies, since we are made up of lots of water. This produces a "spike-crash" effect.
ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS
Artificial sweeteners are a NO-NO in healthy energy drinks. Sucralose, aka Splenda, is made up of 50% chlorine. Aspartame has been described as one of the most dangerous substances you could put into your body. It is made up of 40% aspartic acid.
In the body, aspartic acid breaks down into formic acid. Formic acid is the POISON that fire ants inject when they bite.

Aspartame can literally kill neurons in the brain, ... slowly, but surley.
STEVIA
Stevia is used to sweeten healthy energy drinks. BHIP Energy contains Stevia. It is natural, healthy, and nourishing to the body. Please review Stevia's nourishing effects on our page,
Stevia and Health
GUARANA
BHIP Energy uses Guarana as its source of caffeine.
Guarana is not water soluble, and therefore dissolves more slowly inside the body, making the energy effect last longer without the characteristic, "spike and crash."
Guarana also contains the B vitamins that, among other benefits, allow our bodies to put to use the energy going into our body.
When our cells are using energy more efficiently, less energy is converted into fat. More energy is burned in healthy ways.
